Sludge-off valve B 10

Sludge-off valve for drain of boiler’s mud and sludge from steam boilers. Valve has two hand wheels. Smaller wheel is designated for cleaning the seat from roughly dirts. Bigger wheel is designated for control of valve. If the 100 percent tightness is required, it´s mandatory to add globe valve in to pipeline.

Blowdown vessel C 90 604 serves for blowdown of water and steam condensate in steam systems. It´s cylinder shaped, ended with halfball bottoms. In inlet is at the upper side. Outlet in the body. The lower part serves for blowdown.

High pressure head valve is used for close of flow. Pressure head valve is used especially for protection of level indicators. In our production are high pressure head valves used for level indicators C 15, U 50, U 56 and U 59. Head valve is operation by hand lever and handwheel. Automatic closing (in case of damage level indicator´s glass) is realized by safety ball.

U 52 level indicator serves as a direct pointer of water level in the boilers of steam generators for max. pressure up to 6,3 MPa and max. temperature up to 278 °C (for temperature higher than 243 °C is necessary to use mica). It´s usable for different medium as well, but needs to be approved by the producer. The level indicator is composed of body with transparent glass, upper and lower heads and drain valve. It can be equipped with lighting device. Level indicator can be equipped by light device.

U 59 level indicator serves as direct pointer of level in the boilers of steam generators for max. pressure up to 18,0 MPa and max. temperature up to 355°C. It´s usable for different medium as well, but needs to be aproved by producer.
The level indicator is composed of body with transparent glass, upper and lower heads and drain valve.
The heads are equipped with safety ball closing element and quickclosing globe valve, controlled by lever with weight.
It can be equped with lightning device.
Level indicator allows body to be turned by 25°.

Level indicator Mica – refraction type C 15

C 15 level indicator serves as direct pointer of level in steam generators and pressure containers, for max. pressure up to 12,5/18 Mpa and max. temperature up to 325/355°C. It´s not usable for poisonous and aggresive medium, which tend to generate sediments. It can be equped with protecting shield and lightning device.
The level indicators is composed of upper and lower heads, body, draining valve and optional additional draining valve.
The head of indicator has one globe valve with handwheel as closing element quickclosing element with lever and automatic working safety element – ball shut off.
For working pressure p = 12,5 MPa, it´s common to use one draining valve. For working pressure p = 18.0 MPa, two draining valves are recomended.
